Yes. All owners of a residence or home site in Pacifico will receive a Premier Membership to all of the Clubs at Pacifico. Currently, a Premier Membership includes membership to the Pacifico Beach Club; the Pacifico Health Club & Spa; and the Pacifico Members Club. The Clubs at Pacifico reserves the right to restrict, or prohibit membership according to the rules and regulations and terms of the membership agreement. This Premier membership is non-transferable. Upon resale of any residence or homesite within Pacifico, new owners will be required to complete a membership application and must pay the membership application fee that is applicable at the time of application.
