As of Phase II, no outbuildings are allowed on the property. Phase 1 residents are allowed to have an outbuilding, because this restriction was left out when Phase 1 restrictions were originally filed with Jackson County. It was omitted in error. However, if a phase 1 resident has an outbuilding it must match the same facade as their home. For example, same paint color, same shingles, minimum of 7/12 pitch roof, etc. This will be strictly enforced by the Association Directors.
