No; however, Truman awards tuition reductions on a competitive basis through participation in the Midwest Student Exchange Program. In addition, families who work in Missouri but live in another state may benefit from a dollar for dollar reduction in out-of-state fees based on the parents’ income taxes paid in Missouri.
