A21. Mississinewa Dam in Indiana experienced similar karst foundation seepage problems. The district implemented pool restrictions until the work was nearing completion in 2005. Clearwater Dam in Arkansas is also experiencing similar karst seepage problems. Pool restrictions began in 2003 after an upstream sinkhole appeared and restrictions are scheduled to remain throughout 2007 when the rehabilitation effort is complete.
