Are Orientation Sessions required?
All sessions for students are required. The sessions for parents are not required and we understand that not all families will be able to come to Orientation or stay for all of the sessions. We have designed the parent sessions to be informative and helpful in learning about Northwest as well as adjusting to a new dynamic in your family. Student sessions are not optional. We have laid out a combination of activities that will allow students to take care of things like getting an ID card, picking up a parking permit, finding their classes, etc. The Orientation small group will help your student make connections on a campus that thrives on relationships as well as allowing students to hear from other students about the ins-and-outs of how life at Northwest works.
