Are organizations required to have the content of information at a specific grade-level?
Response: URAC will not specify that consumer content be developed for a sixth-grade (or any) reading level. However, URAC will ask the organization to state what reading level it targets, the criteria it uses to test content against that reading level, and how it ensures that consumer content meets those criteria.
