Are options/choices similar in navigating through the new CallXpress system as they are on the current system (AMES)?
Yes and No. Some are similar and some are not. You will need to listen to all options in order to make the correct choice for what you are trying to do. Example: In our current system you choose “*3” to delete and on the new system you would choose “7” to delete. With the new system the options are very similar to our Cingular cell phone service that many staff/faculty currently use.
