Yes, OpenVMS Galaxy is a Category 2 product and may be transferred (redesignated) from one system to another. However, you need to keep in mind that all cpus in a single system must be licensed for OpenVMS Galaxy. Hence, the transfer of the license would typically occur if you were also transferring the cpu board.
