Are ombudsman any good??
There are many different kinds of Ombudsman, all are government related. I delt with an Omsbudsman in a local office only having to contact my state Governor to resolve my problem. Omsbudman are suppose to have better training in complaints and office policies, inform you quarterly on the status of your situation, put your situation in a priority stack but they change the Omsbudsman so often that nothing gets done, that’s what happened in my case. I also talked with the regional Ombudsman who still couldn’t resolve my issue. If you are willing to wait and deal with a local or regional Ombudsman, but, I say take it straight to the top and work from there.
