Even if they are in seemingly reasonable condition, the other question must be answered: how many are there to go around? States with large registration figures in the early years, such as Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and so on are readily available. In these cases, they’re only of value in top condition. On the other hand there are other states who had such either low registration figures or a low survival rate in the early years (like Florida and Delaware) which means they are highly sought after in just about any condition.
