Are offshore resources victims of racial profiling/abuse by colored folks who are contractors for their clients?
It depends on what kind of abuse you are referring to. Offshore resources are not victims of racial profiling. In fact offshore resources, should instead be careful of which BPO firm they should apply at, or which account they would be assigned in. The BPO is the one who made the job openings possible and the client is always right. It might be the perception of maybe the account wasnt running right, therefore, client is pissed at the performance, therefore, subject to abuse. Should one encounter such events or occurrences, the best thing is to report to your immediate superior for him/her to help you diffuse the situation at hand. Hope this helps.
