Are Notary supplies provided by the State of New York?
A12. No, the state of New York does not provide Notaries with Notary supplies. These have to be ordered by the Notary once he/she knows that they are a Notary Public. The supplies cannot be ordered before the commission as information from the commission is needed in order to make the supplies.
