Our Cream of Wild Rice Soup and Asparagus Wild Rice Soup call for ½ cream, (milk or cream substitute may be used to reduce fat content). Our Vegetable, Minnesota Minnestrone, and Tomato soups call for canned tomatoes or tomato sauce. Added ingredients to the Hotdishes are optional.
