There are always some nonprofit job listings on CalJobs, but it is by no means comprehensive. In addition to CalJobs, monitor the Other Job Listing Sites. Never wait for the perfect job to be posted on some site, but instead, determine what type of organization you would like to work for and what skills and experience they require. Identify organizations and begin applying directly to select organizations. Develop contacts in the field who can help guide you through the hiring process.
