Any non-state state employee designated as an authorized traveler for the University must sign an Indemnification Form (http://www.doa.louisiana.gov/osp/travel/forms.htm) prior to riding in or driving a state-owned vehicle or rental vehicle on behalf of the State. Students are not authorized to rent vehicles for use on official state business.
