Are non-Dell print cartridges safe to use?
As long as you get one from a good firm they are a very good alternative. I agree with the person above who says it’s a myth that the warranty is invalidated by the use of compatibles. It is not and in my country it is illegal for the manufacture to say it is. What do people thing the re-manufactured cartridge makers put in them that is so going to cause havoc? Ask your self if this is true then how many firms have you seen in court for selling compatible ink that has ruined printers! Trading Standards would take them to court if that myth was a fact as they’d be inundated with complaints from consumers! It is true there are good compatibles and bad ones, but even then the only damage they usually do is to you wallet by you buying something that did not work very well, not because it did any damage to the printer. Even if the good ones cost a bit more than some they are still a lot more cost effective than originals!
