Firstly if i have understood your question right, you want to but a supernova 7210 in India, it is available everywhere. You can take it to US, it will work on an Indian SIM provided roaming is availabe on it. But for the phone to work with an International (say US) SIM; unlocking could be required which can be done at any mobile vendor there.
