Uhh, the 3 people above me have no clue… Nokia unlocked cell phone means it can be activated on another carrier if you need it to be most likely. Nokia doesn’t lock their phones by choice, it’s usually by carrier. For instance, Sprint phones are all locked, Verizon phones typically aren’t locked. Hope this helps.
