Are no-cost extensions permissible for Challenge Grants?

0

The proposed award period in the Challenge Grant application will end on or before 9/29/2011. There are no specific constraints on no-cost extensions for the Challenge award program. All ARRA awards are subject to the standard terms of award as indicated in the NIH Grants Policy Statement including the authority to extend the final budget period of a previously approved project period for up to 12 months without additional funds.
