Yes. SVAM has in contact with the developer, Shanghai Greenland Business Group since late October. Howard Johnson is hired by Greenland to manage the building; they are not the party sign the current lease contract with you.After fail to receive the formal communication regarding the lease for the next 7 years from Greenland, SVAM has authorized Zhong Lun Law Firm to send letter demanding the cooperation and provide us financial statement from previous year’s operation.
