Are Navy/Army/Air Force fitness instructors strict?

Instructors in “boot” are responsible to the military for training all individuals to operate as a “team”. “Breaking down” an individuals attitudes, opinion, arrogance, etc. As you “mold” to work as a “team” actions of every individual effects all. My point, It will surprise you how encouragement and support from all gets you through those difficult areas. You will build confidence, desire, and improve your fitness level tremendously. You will not be the only trainee in need of “help” and your continuation to “drive” will be remembered as long as you live. Yes, Instructors are tough, strict to all, but an experience you take with you throughout life. Their dedication to YOU will not be your initial attitude, but upon graduation you will realize how important in life these Instructors have influenced, to “push”, teach, train, YOU to have the CONFIDENCE you never would have never accomplished before. Good Luck, stay positive.
