Are National Organizations required to track and report the outcome measures identified in Appendix A?
No. The outcome measures outlined in Appendix A are measures for the entire Communities Putting Prevention to Work Initiative. These are provided to illustrate the goals of the overall initiative to help applicants develop workplans that support and align with the long term goals of the initiative. Applicants should review section I.3.iv. Evaluation Plan and Recovery Act Reporting Requirement of the Funding Notice for clarity on required outcome, output, and ARRA measures.
