Are “nanny cams” a violation of babysitters rights?
As a nanny, I am often mortified and offended that parents feel the need to install “nanny cams”. After all, we have already put up with the parent asking every question that crosses their mind, giving us extremely specific (and often quite useless) instructions, background checking us, checking our references, and taking advantage of any and all free time we might have. These questions and instructions are, presumably, meant to weed out people that are less fit or desirable for your children.
