Are NAF employees authorized to receive Voluntary Separation Incentive Pay (VSIP)?
Yes. NAF employers may authorize VSIP to encourage certain employees to retire or resign voluntarily to reduce the need for involuntary separations through a BBA. VSIP is paid upon the voluntary resignation, early retirement, or optional retirement of designated eligible employees. VSIP is paid at management’s discretion and is not an employee entitlement.
