Are movies on Boiler Television closed captioned?
Yes and no. It is up to the discretion of the studios in Hollywood to decide if the prints we receive for public exhibition (which are different than home video) are closed captioned or not. We request as many closed captioned titles as possible, however there are still times when the number of captioned titles is low. For students who are hearing impaired and registered with Adaptive Services in the Dean of Students Office, we offer a service that may assist in getting the student access to captioned titles.
