No. If a licensee is 18 years of age or older, no motorcycle safety course is required. If the licensee is 16 or 17 years of age and wants an “L” endorsement, no motorcycle safety course is required. However, if a licensee is 16 or 17 years of age and wants an “M” endorsement, a motorcycle safety course IS required.
