They are not blindly supporting the Palestinians. They know exactly what they are doing. It is the Muslim world’s stated goal to eliminate Israel from the face of the Earth. They don’t give a rat’s behind about the Palestinians one way or the other, they just hate Israel. It’s no more complicated than that.
