Ports, assumptions and refinances are not eligible for RBC Referral Awards. “Eligible Clients” mean individuals whose properties are not presently encumbered by a mortgage in favour of Royal Bank of Canada, Royal Trust Corporation of Canada or The Royal Trust Company.
