Their answer whether, yes or no, will be recorded in heaven and they will have to face the Lord himself for his approval, to enter heaven. However if they answer no, the Bishop is bound to inquire as to what extent the Word of wisdom is not kept. A no answer does not always mean alcohol. But the Bishop is a Judge in Israel and has the right and authority to approve or disapprove a Temple Recommend, for whatever he feels is right.
