Are Montiones Biscotti hard?
No. Montione’s Biscotti are famous for both delicious taste and their easy-to-bite yet crunchy to dip texture. Montione’s Biscotti absorb the beverage they are dipped into without falling apart giving you a pleasurable and satisfying taste sensation. Some biscotti are extremely hard and not so tasty because the recipe contains no fat. Many times recipes use no fat to cut costs or use a lesser quality alternative other than butter yielding less flavor and taste. At Montione’s, we use just enough butter to impart a superb taste and crunch while keeping each piece lower in fat. Only 4 to 7 grams of fat per piece. Certain lowfat biscotti flavors use apple plum puree in place of butter yielding even less fat per piece and have a slightly different texture. Any of our flavors are very satisfying alternatives when compared to a small piece of cheese cake which may contain 40 grams or more of fat.
