Are modular homes similar to mobile homes or trailers?
No. Mobile homes and single wide trailers are constructed to a different code than modular homes. Modular homes are constructed to the same standards as site-built homes. The only difference is that the components of the home are built in a factory and then assembled on-site. This allows Sol Terra Ranch to offer conventional homes complete with garages, basements or – if desired – secondary suites.
