Are modular and manufactured homes permitted?

They display a construction standard certification seal of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.). Except for units already located within Belmont, the unit’s date of manufacture shall not be before January 1, 1985. Except as replacements for legally erected units, manufactured housing units are allowed only on lots within manufactured home parks and manufactured home subdivisions.
