Are modifications permitted in the apartments?
As we need to ensure an early possession without disturbing the construction schedule, it will not be possible to change specifications, since the spaces are pre-defined and very thoughtfully worked out. We will entertain minor changes after prior consent of our technical team. The cost will have to be borne by the customer and remitted in advance.
