Are minutes typed and distributed to board members? If yes, at what additional cost?
A. We do not believe that it is a good practice for property managers to take your minutes as they should be active in your Board Meeting giving you recommendations and suggestions. They will take a set of meeting notes for their action items. We will type up the minutes that are taken by the Board or recording secretary (we can help arrange for a “minute taker” – some of our assistants do it for Associations) and distribute them to the Board at no additional cost.
