Are mini pocket bikes street legal?
They are not street legal unless they have a certain number of cc’s and are properly registered with the DHSMV. Don’t get a crappy one like that. Get a super pocket bike. some go to like 70 mph, have blinkers and headlights and mirrors, and can be registered. My friend Andrew has one and uses a fake license plate he got from a junked motorcycle in a junkyard. Anyway, he uses it to get around town and it uses way less gas than a car and still less gas than a motorcycle. It’s about two-thirds the size of a street bike and is really fast. They are on eBay and most cost less than $1000.
