Are migraines and vision problems associated?

You didnt say if you are having migraines? If not, try another eyedr for a 2nd opinion. If migraines are involved here is an explanation. There are a number of circumstances that will trigger a migraine as well as a number of outcomes from having one. A migraine is caused by brain arteries constricting then dilating then constricting again. Sometimes the trigeminal nerve (face) triggers it, and others causes like temporal arteritis (as its name sounds; [itis] irritation of the artery of the temple). Since the temporal (think: temple) nerve is involved, changes to your eyesight, and visual problems such as blurred vision (and damage) to your eyes may occur. A Neurologist and/or Opthamologist are the Drs to see.
