Gluten is a protein found exclusively in wheat and the family of grains developed from wheat. MetaFiber and Herbulk are formulated without gluten. MetaFiber does contain oat fiber and a trace amount of gluten from this source, which for some celiacs may cause reactions. If you are a celiac patient and are concerned, please ask your healthcare professional. For many celiac patients, oat fiber does not seem to be a concern.
