CHOICES, Inc. mentors are not certified or licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. However, mentors must complete a qualification and assessment process to insure the safety of the children we serve. Mentors must comply with all CHOICES, Inc. policies and procedures outlined for mentors and ODJFS rules pertaining to the care and treatment of foster youth.
