Are meetings important to the production of the yearbook?
Meetings are extremely important not only to the production of the yearbook but also for the morale of your staff. It’s a time for staff members to get together and discuss deadlines, problems and brainstorm ideas. Most importantly, it’s a time when students can feel like a team and get a sense that everyone is working toward a common goal: a great yearbook! It’s important to start meetings at the beginning of the year and keep meetings consistently scheduled. The following are sample agendas for your first three meetings.
