Are medical marijuana dispensaries illegal? Should they be regulated like liquor stores?
Compared to liquor, Marijuana has more bad effects in humans. They’re already considered illegal drugs that’s why they couldn’t be available in stores. It’s easy to fake identity to get Marijuana if they will just have it regulated. I know it can be used for medicinal purposes but because of people abusing the use of it, it’s better if it wouldn’t be sold in stores anyway even though they will regulate the sale. People especially those who are already addicted to using it will just have easier access on it. The result, more and more people will use it in the wrong way.
