Are Mediated Agreements an Order of The Court?
Mediated agreements are considered a Memorandum of Understanding between the parties. If the parties would like to have the agreement made an Order of the Court, the agreement has to be written in legal language and entered into the Court as an Agreed Entry by an attorney. We are prepared to assist in this process at the parties’ request.
