MassDEP publishes its decisions on this Website. These are generally final decisions (but not settlements) and selected interlocutory decisions from 1998 – 2001. Decisions from 2002 – 2006 are being added to the site. DALA publishes recommended final decisions it issues for MassDEP [2004-2006] Decisions are also published commercially in hard copy and electronically by several law publishers. Some of these publications may be available at public libraries.
