Are marijuana seeds illegal in California?
So I would say that, in my opinion, seeds are illegal to posses in Cali, but depending on the cop, you would either get written up for a misdemeanor or a stern warning. However, if you order them from outside the country, you are now involving the Feds, and they might either just confiscate the package and send you a letter( no further action taken), or they can be dicks about it and try and bust you in varying degrees…. from a small fine to possible confiscation of personal property and real estate, although I think the latter would only be for career criminals or those with intent to cultivate for sale.
