A. For those Management Trainees who do not reside in Jacksonville, CSX will reimburse for dinner on evenings when dinner is not provided. Reimbursement for dinner is in accordance with CSX policy. Reimbursement is for actual expenses, not to exceed $40.00 per meal and receipts must be provided. Breakfast and lunch are provided as part of the training on Monday through Friday, so trainees may not charge these meals to the company. If the trainee does not live in Jacksonville and is staying over the weekend, breakfast and dinner only will be reimbursed for Saturday and Sunday.
