I’ve had many more male doctors do the exam than female and I’ve only felt creeped out once. However, it wasn’t his exam that creeped me out but just his views on females in the military ( I was in the Air Force at the time). I’ve found that males are afraid of hurting you so they are very careful about it, and every time I’ve had a female nurse in the room. It’s not a lot of fun having two people staring at your privates but at least I know there’s a witness if needed. Some of the doctors that did the exam were actually family practice physicians and currently I go to an actual OB/GYN office where there are no male doctors. If a male doctor is also an OB/GYN then I believe it’s that he’s sincerely fascinated by the female body and not in a sexual way. That’s an awful lot of studying, time, and student loans to become a payed pervert. If it does happen then it’s an extremely small percentage!
