A. Procedures and instructions related to quality must be included in the LSN. In accordance with 10 CFR 63.142, maintenance activities affecting quality must be prescribed in procedures and instructions that include appropriate acceptance criteria. The issuance and revision of such documents must also be controlled. The quality-related requirements for instructions, procedures, and drawings are described in Section 2.5.1.3 Acceptance Criterion 5 of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan.
