Are MacBooks vulnerable to worms and malware/adware/spyware?

At this time your Mac is vulnerable to malware only if you install Windows. There are reports of Mac malware on warez sites, hacked installers that contain the pirated program as well as malware, but you’d have to download and purposely install the warez to get infected. Popup ads are a totally different animal. Make sure you have the pop-up ads turned off in your browser and be aware that at this time there is no way to stop pop-under ads (as far as I know).

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
