The name of the thread says it all. A friend told me that if you aren’t a certified locksmith, and the police find out you have lock picking tools, they can confiscate them and arrest you etc. Is there any truth to this? I’ve seen plenty of websites selling lock smithing tools, and before I get a set I’d like to know the truth. Thanks.
