We realize your time is valuable, that is why we try to get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible with minimum downtime. We DO provide free Loaner vehicles (new Toyotas) to our customers that do not have rental coverage in order to make the transition as smooth as possible. We also can provide you with rental vehicles from our Toyota Rental Car department (new Toyotas) if you have rental coverage on your insurance policy. The body shop will set up your Toyota Rental Car to meet you at the shop at the same time and day you drop your vehicle off for repairs. Our guarantee is simple. We guarantee our work for as long as you own the vehicle!
