Are LLCs, LLPs, or certain types of corporations prohibited from owning agricultural land?

Select the link to survey responses and then search the responses in section three to see the survey responses regarding some of the limitations on farmland ownership. This survey was conducted with Extension policy educators across the U.S. and currently includes responses for 32 states. 2) Contact the National Center for Agricultural Law Research Information at http://law.uark.edu/arklaw/aglaw/ to check for any compendium of laws by state. 3) You may also want to contact the Center for Rural Affairs at http://www.cfra.org/ to check on this organizations research and reports. This organization closely monitors a number of agricultural issues, including corporate farming and may have a state-by-state analysis.
